Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Services
Advisory Consulting
This work includes policy review, collaborative strategy design, and coaching and advisory consulting with employees and leadership.
Diversity Design Sprints
Ready for something completely different? These sprints can cover 2.5 hours or span several weeks. I work with your employees to design new and innovative ideas to address equity, antiracism, bias, and inclusion, based on root cause analysis.
Meeting/Workshop Facilitation
Every organization and gathering is unique. I customize my approach to meet your specific needs, whether it's a strategic planning session, team-building workshop, or board meeting. I am skilled in facilitating constructive discussions, ensuring that even challenging topics are addressed with empathy and diplomacy.
Surveys/Leadership Assessments
This offering begins with a base survey of 25 proven questions and provides the opportunity to analyze quantitative and qualitative data by multiple dimensions of diversity (e.g., race, generation, department, role in the company, tenure, location, gender identity). The survey results are accompanied by a report analyzing the data and includes recommended next steps.
Listening Sessions/Focus Groups
Confidential sessions are up to 75 minutes in length, for up to 25 participants, with a focus on both how individuals are experiencing or witnessing inequity in their organizations and the solutions they would like to see implemented for permanent change.
Employee Resource Groups
As a veteran ERG founder and chair, I work with your ERGs to channel their passions, and experiences by providing education and tools they need to bring their unique perspectives to driving organizational goals and strategies.
